The technicians, Joseph & Taylor, were on time, extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They completed the work quickly, bringing the old outlet (1947) up to code. They also gave me good, expert advice about bringing our whole home up to code and about replacing our porch lanterns. They did good work and were much more helpful, in terms of the information and advice they gave me, than previous electricians who have come to our home. I'm not sure what these services typically cost. They weren't cheap but it was worth it for work and advice that I trust and feel confident in. I would definitely hire them again.

The customer service that I received was exceptional from Jessica, the scheduler to David H. the technician. Jessica provided a time that was best suited for me. I received an email and text notification of the appointment time as well as the name and picture of the technician. David H. answered question regarding the electrical issue. After explaining the problem, David H. was able to troubleshoot the problem area. With the aid of the infrared camera, he identified the issue and used before and after photos of the electrical panel to ensure the issue had been rectified. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
